Appointments are available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. To schedule regular checkups and sick or emergency care, call us at (630) 377-6660.
In addition to appointments, all prescription refills and medical questions should be made over the phone. We’re happy to offer free phone consultations and advice to help avoid unnecessary visits to our office.
In the event that you do need to bring your pet in, we request that appointments be made in advance, allowing us to schedule the right amount of time for you and to minimize wait times for everyone.
We try to respect people’s time, but we will accommodate patients who need emergency care during office hours. These emergencies can cause delays, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
For your added convenience, you may drop off your pet for routine or emergency care. Please call to arrange this service.
